Oklahoma Teacher Walkout...
Oklahoma teachers haven't had a raise in a decade and they are fed up, rightfully so...
There is more to this walkout than just raises. Education has been cut, cut and cut.
Some schools have had to resort to a 4 day week.
Schools are without counselors, and the arts.
Our state is losing good teachers who are going across the border to states with better pay.
...Our Oklahoma students deserve the best!...

...last day in March, the high is 72 degrees, followed by a big cool down for the 1st day of April, which is Easter, we have predicted temps of 36 degrees w/ thunderstorms...

...In the middle of this month, we sold and closed on our vacation home, the cabin in Ruidoso...
...I guess I would say it was a bittersweet day...
...sad that it is no longer a place to take the kids, and my g'daughters, but definitely full of wonderful,
life memories from our first trip to the cabin in December of 1982 to our last trip in October 2017...
