As I have mentioned before, I started going to Ruidoso as a teenager with my parents in 1968. It has become a place close to my heart making memories with my parents, siblings, my girls, and now my sweet bunny princess. She will be two in June and this is her second trip she has made with us. Once we realized this would be her only chance to go this summer, we planned a last minute trip.....And, we enjoyed.
Again, it was during a time that Ali could not go, which made me sad, but she and Ben had already made plans to attend a wedding in Iowa and a Chicago Cubs game in Chicago.

So we picked Lindsay and the bunny up Thursday evening and left Bristow in the pouring down rain Friday morning at 7 am....We finally drove out of the rain around Amarillo and the rest of our trip was sunny but cool and windy....We arrived at our family cabin at 7:15 pm Friday evening.
(Along with pictures from this trip, I will be inserting pics of the girls from the past and also pictures of the bunny from her first trip last June 2014.)
