...Last year I actually was looking forward to 65....medicare!...
...However, this birthday is freaking me out...
...It has struck me that 66 years of age is now closer to 70 than 60...😔😡
...The thought of being a 70 year old is scary...😱
...The good news is that I know a lot of people in their 70's still who are happy, sharp , and attractive...
...Since I want to be in this group of healthy, happy people, I recently started back on an exercise regimen w/ a group of great girls @ Bristow Crossfit.
It's been 8 1/2 years since I worked out and I have enjoyed being back in the groove...Also, knowing the importance to keep up w/ my yearly exams including seeing my cardiologist...
...to treasure their smiles, their love, and their unique personalities for many more years to come...
...So, CHEERS to 66 Years...

To others, it's recognizing the resurrection of Christ after the crucifixion...
