...Tabouleh (Tabouli) Festival...Wildflower 5K Run...
...The Bristow Tabouleh Fest is an annual celebration held in downtown Bristow, to
honor the town's Lebanese heritage...The festival takes place on the 2nd Saturday of May
and features a variety of activities...Along with the festival, Bristow has their annual
Wildflower 5K run that brings many runners into our town...This 5K run is challenging. It
starts on Main Street going up the big hill on 12 Street and takes the runners around our
city lake. After rounding the lake, a runner has to muscle up to get to the top of
our swimming pool hill. After that it's pretty much downhill until the end in front of
our Municipal Building...

...Lindsay made our reservations for Misfit Kitchen near Mayfest...
...Our bunny wasn't feeling her best, so they were needing to skip brunch...
...Poppi and I went by to see them to take pics for Mother's Day...

...Misfit Kitchen is a great name for this quaint corner in downtown Tulsa...
...Their food was very good as well as service...

...at her dad's...last day of 5th Grade...

...An afternoon Glow Party to end their 5th grade year...

...Tulsa Zoo Day...

...The littles had no complaints and enjoyed what we could see of
the zoo and being together...
...For me, there was way too much construction...everywhere from the entrance
and every side of the train ride to the back of the zoo...And, I just renewed
our yearly pass!... I guess the best part was enjoying our Dip n Dots...
.Not a happy Nonni...However, when it's completed, it will be grand...

...the bunny's momma is dropping her off at her dad's on her
way to work...our bunny will be flying w/ her dad to San Diego to
meet up w/ her Denver cousin's to go to Lego Land and the SD Zoo...

...We were anxious about their flight home...They experienced several
delays which interfered w/ their connections...So, they had 3 different
flight changes and finally got home at 2 am on Tuesday...

...First thing she ask for when she got to her mom's was for
her momma to make momo's meatloaf...and, then they made some
lemon drops from a new recipe...all 3 littles love momo's meatloaf...makes my 💓 melt!

...Soccer Saturday on Thursday...
...pizza and splash pad team play time after winning their game...

...s'more time before Survivor...
...the Junies and their momma have watched Survivor this past season...
...Good thing they didn't have school the next day b/c the finale
was on until 10 pm....They watched it all...they each one had a favorite...
...the Junies had fun with it...their momm'a pick, Kyle, won...a million $'s!...

...the Junies went to their dad's until Ali got a call from Ben that
he thought Junie A was sick...Urgent Care did all the test and everything
came back negative, so they said it was a viral infection...taking tylenol and ibuprofen...
...Good thing for her she got to sleep w momma...and Junie M was ok w/ that...

...later, broke out w/ hives which is a result of having a viral infection...
...They said she could do this off n on for up to 2 weeks...

...Needed a break from the house, so went to Upper Crust...

...Memorial Day...
...A day to honor those who died who fought for our freedom...

...FINALLY, Paul gets to bring his jeep home..
a '74 CJ5 that he drove when he 1st came to Bristow in 1977...
...He has had it totally refurbished....he had the canvas top made in Mexico, so
everything will look like the original when he purchased it in '74...
...Woot Woot!!..

...As we look ahead to June, let us carry forward the memories we made and
embrace the adventures that await us in the summer ahead...
