December 4th...
...With my bags packed and ready to roll, I became alarmed watching the winter weather warnings...Ali and I were driving with Brea to San Antonio to meet up with Lindsay. She was flying with Dr. Levinson's office for a conference....My fear was not the driving; but, what if we arrive and Lindsay doesn't....At 8:30, I unpacked....To make a long story short, the office ended up not going because flights were canceled out of Dallas, then Tulsa....
...I love San Antonio and was disappointed that we didn't get to take Brea...quite sure, it may not have been the time to go b/c the weather there dropped to the 40's...plus the fact, that our princess was not feeling well.....so, we stayed home and watched the falling snow from the warmth of home on our Five Acre Woods...

...our home away from home...
Our Christmas break plans were to leave on the 26th for Ruidoso; however, our princess became sick on the Friday night before Christmas. On Monday, the 23rd, she was diagnosed with RSV so she was started on breathing treatments.
...heartbreaking but we celebrated each treatment b/c she did so well...
...Linz and I spent 5 nights alternating in the recliner and or sofa with our sweet princess...

Since our Ruidoso plans fell through and our little princess was feeling better, we decided to make a shorter two day trip to Texas. It was my aunt and uncle's 70th anniversary. I have a pic with my mother and my aunt but not my uncle...(sorry Uncle Leonard ...for now, your pic is missing from my blog.)...
...two beautiful sisters...
Once we decided to take this trip, I called the Gaylord Texan for reservations but without luck...However, we ate brunch there on Monday and I was able to take some random pics.
...kisses, kisses...love, love, love...Nonni...
...so in love with my bunny princess...
