Today is Friday and a day spent with Lindsay. After her doctor's appointment, we started the day touring the last on her list of day cares. It's imporant to choose a day care early so you can get on their waiting list. Next, we began working on her baby registries...WOW! How things have changed.....everything seems so expensive and there are so many choices....Decisions, Decisions....glad I'm not in charge of researching and making the decisions....lol!

Wedding Bells...
On Thursday, Ali and I went with my sister to help with some wedding preparations for my neice's May wedding and shower gifts.....We had to laugh because while we were in a check out line we looked down and my sister still had on her house shoes.....
I guess you can call it "mom of the bride brain"...if you've been there and done that, you know what I'm talking about....It can get real crazy!
Welcome Spring...
Yesterday was the first day of spring. There is something exciting about the beginnings of spring after a long winter. Our weather is hit and miss as it is trying to figure out which season it is...Last Friday the temp was in the 80's. We, since, have had rain and rain mixed with ice...Today, we have a fire blazing in the fireplace, which I love, but I am looking forward to tulips, hanging ferns, shorts, sandals...and the hummingbirds.

Girl's Trip...Country Club Plaza in KC...
Well, the girls and I decided we needed a girl's trip...What we really wanted to do was take off to San Fransico to Napa Valley but decided since Lindsay was prego, we would stay closer to home. It turned out to be an easy drive and a great trip to the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. It is an upscale shopping district and was the first shopping center in the World designed to accomodate shoppers arriving by automobile. We stayed on the Plaza so it was convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Fifteen blocks and endless possibilities.

The Plaza is hoppin' with Easter bunnies during this season of the year.

Tisha spent many week-ends coming home with Ali from OU...fun times!
